Creative and Somatic Clinical Supervision | Huddersfield | Online

Relational | Creative | Somatic | Restorative

Supervision is a living, relational, and reflective practice that supports both you and your clients. It is a shared, co-created space, where your professional growth, vulnerability, and accountability can be held with care, curiosity, and warmth. I offer creative & somatic supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, and trainees who wish to develop their practice within a grounded, reflective, and compassionate space. My approach invites presence, curiosity, creative and embodied reflection - supporting you to connect with your felt sense, your values, and the soul of your work. My approach is particularly supportive for highly sensitive (HSP) and neurodivergent practitioners, providing a space where your sensitivities and unique perspective are recognised as strengths.

A Space for Reflection, Growth and Restoration

Supervision is a space of shared growth, reflection, and care. I approach our work with kindness, curiosity, and collaboration, consciously embodying relational conditions that allow you to feel seen, supported, and held. Supervision is not only about clinical guidance - it is a mentorship and sacred space for nourishment and professional growth. Together we explore what it means to be in relationship: together, with your clients, with yourself and the collective.

I hold supervision as a collaborative, creative and restorative process, supporting you to:

  • Reflect on your client work with clarity and compassion

  • Integrate somatic awareness into your practice

  • Explore your internal process and parts with curiosity and care

  • Reconnect with your intuition and creativity

  • Restore balance, insight, and confidence in your professional role

My Approach to Supervision

My work is guided by the CRAFTS model of supervision, which weaves together creativity, restorative reflection, authenticity, field awareness, transpersonal understanding and systems thinking. This framework offers a holistic and spacious way of exploring your practice - honouring both the seen and unseen dimensions of your work.

Drawing from person-centred, existential, transpersonal, and parts-work traditions, I bring a trauma-informed and spiritually grounded lens to our sessions. In supervision, you can bring the fullness of your journey - the curiosities, the struggles, and the wisdom that arises along the way.
